Britney Spears trascorrerà più tempo con i propri figli e Kevin Federline riceverà più soldi. Stando a quanto appreso da E! News, sarebbe questo il succo dell’accordo raggiunto fra le due parti. Dalla documentazione presentata presso la Corte Suprema di Los Angeles risulta che la Spears dovrà versare all’ex marito una somma mensile di $20.000 (contro i precedenti $15.000), per il sostentamento dei figli. L’avvocato di Federline, Mark Vincent Kaplan, riceverà un assegno da $250.000. I legali di entrambe le parti si sono presentati nuovamente in tribunale per continuare il dibattito circa l’affidamento dei figli Sean Preston, di 2 anni, e Jayden James, di 1. Tuttavia, all’ultimo momento, l’udienza è stata annullata e gli avvocati si sono apprestati a presentare i documenti inerenti all’accordo stipulato. “L’udienza è stata cancellata”, ha detto a E! News un portavoce della Corte Suprema di Los Angeles. “Si è raggiunto un compromesso”. Stando ad una fonte vicina alla Spears, ben informata sui dettagli dell’accordo, la cantante ventiseienne avrà la possibilità di trascorrere più tempo con i propri bambini. L’unica richiesta avanzata dal trentenne Federline è stata “più soldi per lui e per il suo avvocato”. Grazie al compromesso raggiunto, gli ex sposini non dovranno confrontarsi in tribunale. Il processo sarebbe dovuto avvenire il prossimo mese. La Spears è sulla buona strada per ottenere l’affidamento congiunto di Sean Preston e Jayden James, di cui è stata privata lo scorso gennaio, in seguito al suo tanto chiacchierato ricovero in ospedale. “Grazie ai progressi fatti, entro la fine di dicembre potrà trascorrere la metà del tempo con i propri bambini”, ha detto la fonte vicina alla Spears.
